== Introduction ==
The Central Medical Division, also known as the CMD, is the healthcare section of Central Command that prioritizes the health and safety for all Central Command employees and contracted workers. They primarily assist with monitoring outbreaks of health issues and ensuring that healthcare training is up-to-date at all times for everyone’s safety.

== History ==
The Central Medical Division was established quite quickly upon Stellar Vanguard Solution’s conversion into Central Command, prioritizing the health and physical wellbeing of their contracted employees. Due to the existence of the PSO cloning facility, publicly the Medical Division was the primary users of it, to ensure cloned personnel are in good shape after untimely incidents. Notable medical professionals from various sectors were able to be hired into the Medical Division, along with Chief Medical Officers from stations if they had a long enough acceptable track record. The Central Medical Division acted as the support to ensure that both Central Command employees and contracted personnel remained in good physical health to better conduct their duties.

== Responsibilities ==
The Central Medical Division’s roles and responsibilities are primarily to ensure that all station and site medical personnel have active and proper licenses to practice medicine, while also ensuring that Chief Medical Officers are given the best training possible to ensure that sickness and death do not become a problem for wherever they are assigned. At the same time, another core responsibility is the monitoring and managing large-scale medical outbreak of viruses and other similar nasty things. Typically such things are coordinated with the on-site Chief Medical Officer, but things can be kept private if it would better benefit the station’s mental well-being. The Medical Division also works alongside the Research Division to investigate new cures and new treatment options for various afflictions, though all methods used are certainly quite ethical.

== Hierarchy ==
The ranking structure for the Central Medical Division follows a simple health-care based chain-of-command, with the junior ranks focusing on assisting the senior ranks but still having the talent to do things quite successfully on their own due to the medical background already in place.

* Clinical Assistant - Newly assigned CMD personnel. Assigned to a Senior Clinician for the purposes of training for on-the-job specifics within the Medical Division, though otherwise are perfectly competent medical professionals in their own right. Are directly involved as assistants in the event that they are actively needed to assist in a medical procedure.
* Senior Clinician - Standard healthcare personnel for the Medical Division. Work directly under Practitioners as aides, assisting them with paperwork and medical charting while also reading over medical reports that come in from the station to better relieve the workload on the higher ranks. Typically the ones who reply to medical faxes in the event of standard issues.
* Practitioner - A senior medical professional within the Medical Division. Fully capable both within a surgical suite as well as navigating charts and bureaucracy, they mainly review medical licenses for the standard medical personnel onboard various stations and sites of interest. They also directly assist Physicians during notable surgeries.
* Physician - A junior leadership role within the CMD. In the event of a critical surgery being needed for Central Command personnel, they would be the primary surgeon in most cases, having the experience and knowledge. They are also the ones who assist the most in training the Chief Medical Officers contracted by Central Command. Typically there is at least one per Central Command outpost or site.
* Medical Consultant - Senior leadership role within the Medical Division. Unless in the event of an emergency, no longer assist directly within surgeries or the medical portions of the Division. Now acting as oversight, ensure that health and safety standards are being met by not only station personnel but also by Central Command personnel.
* Medical Director - The Directorate of the Central Medical Division. Are completely in charge of the Division and ensure that the Division is able to work alongside other Divisions for collaborative efforts for the sake of progress and advancement. Is often seen within the Central Operations Council for the purpose of advising of information.

The Central Engineering Division was created relatively early on for the purpose of ensuring Central Command sites and shuttles were well constructed and maintained, its early members being mechanics and engineers from Stellar Vanguard Solutions before their reform into Central Command. As one may expect, those with a notable engineering background within the civilian or government sector, as well as space station Chief Engineers were often selected to join the division if their background was outstanding with no notable major incidents. The specialization and expertise offered by members of the Engineering Division ensured that all locations built by or maintained by Central Command are in excellent working order and are able to be run by crew of various skill levels.
They often act as on-scene foremen overseeing construction of smaller projects such as shuttles during construction or for maintenance of existing structures or shuttles. In the event of working on a larger project, leads a team to ensure their assigned section is completed without issue.
* Junior Architect - Leaders within the Engineering Division. Act as management for most projects, including the creation or maintenance of large-scale ships or even some Central Command outposts. Are entrusted with the blueprints needed to get the job done, but are expected to guard them with their life for the sake of safety.

== Introduction ==
The Central Domestic Division, also known as the CDD, is the primary civilian and diplomatic branch of Central Command. They are the ones mainly charged with recruitment and advertising for various civilian and service positions across their various sites and space stations, while keeping various dignitaries satisfied if pulled into a political situation.

== History ==
The Central Domestic Division was one of the later branches created by Central Command during the downfall of Stellar Vanguard Solutions, focusing on various service and civilian roles when the need for PMCs began to plummet following the end of the Pod Wars. Members of the Domestic Division typically were pulled from individuals with notable backgrounds in clerical, administration, as well as diplomacy. Charismatic command members from stations were considered, with Heads of Personnel being recruited after various levels of screening. The Central Domestic Division has various specializations due to the broad work they do, ranging from various arts to general skillsets that may be needed aboard stations for the purpose of morale, even if other branches view it as not needed.

== Responsibilities ==
Various responsibilities are entrusted to the Central Domestic Division, primarily being the recruitment of various service staff for their stations while also complying with political dignitaries if needed, usually from the Clowns and the Mime. In the event of unrest within the station, the Domestic Division often weighs their thoughts in to try and raise morale to keep the workers happy, unlike other divisions who would seek to use other methods for the same end result. For the purpose of morale and service initiatives, it isn’t uncommon to see members of the Domestic Division arrive aboard various sites and stations for the purpose of overseeing events. They are also typically in charge of documenting and storing such initiatives for further analysis. Often works with the Security Division to ensure that the Carnival Treaties are followed by station personnel to avoid an incident.

== Hierarchy ==
The ranking structure for the Central Domestic Division is slightly different than other divisions, due to the specializations that members of the division often get into. Pay increases with time and more doors open for connections as one rises through the ranks, with the highest ranks primarily focusing on diplomatic issues rather than simple recruitment concerns.

* Public Affairs Intern - The entry-level CDD employee. Following initial orientation, public affairs interns are permitted to choose what skillset specialization they wish to contribute to and are given proper training to fulfil their role. This often comes with training to speak other languages to better communicate with various individuals.
* Liaison Officer - A standard employee of the Central Domestic Division, having completed the training for their specialization. Typically work with less oversight than other divisions for the purpose of focusing on various initiatives, though still work as senior assistants for diplomatic purposes due to the advanced training required.
* Diplomatic Advisor - Senior CDD staff, being fully trained in the art of diplomacy and are assigned as dignitaries to wherever they are needed. Often able to speak a multitude of languages and understand the delicacies of politics. Are able to pursue other specializations on the side for the purpose of better fulfilling their role.
* Civil Administrator - A leadership position, assigned as a supervisor over various Liaison Officers or as a mentor for Diplomatic Advisors depending on the route they originally took. The primary individuals who receive direct feedback from sites or stations about service requests and possible activities that could assist in raising morale.
* Civil Affairs Superintendent - Senior leadership, focusing on the needs of various sectors and also monitoring the state of diplomatic relations in those sectors. Ensures proper protocols are established and that trainings are up to standard for the various employees within the division. Have been known to intervene in the event of a diplomatic incident.
* Director of Civil Affairs - The bosses of the Domestic Division, often found in meetings with high level dignitaries or scheming large-scale service events for the purposes of large-scale morale boosts. While they do have seats available on the Central Operations Council, only the occasional one is able to attend meetings due to their busy schedule.

== Introduction ==
The Central Cargo Division, also known as CCD, is the primary logistical branch of Central Command. Often seen working and overseeing the Cargo department within various Central Command sites, they work to ensure that locations get required supplies and ordered shipments. Most things ordered through the ATS are checked off by someone within the division.

== History ==
The Central Cargo Division was one of the original divisions originally created by Central Command after their transformation from Stellar Vanguard Solutions concluded, to ensure logistical needs were met and that the other divisions could continue to get their work done with ample resources. Individuals recruited into the Cargo Division often had a lengthy background in logistical and shipping work, with seasoned Quartermasters being an ideal choice. Leaders of experienced Salvage teams are occasionally considered, but are found to be too much of a liability in a majority of cases. The Central Cargo Division finds itself usually understaffed compared to other departments, but their work ethic is hard to match when comparing what they are working with.

== Responsibilities ==
As previously stated, the Central Cargo Division’s role is to ensure that various Central Command sites as well as Stations of interest are properly supplied with various essential supplies, as well as shipping orders they receive through the ATS. Lower ranking employees within the department find themselves moving freight and taking courses on essential supply lines and current economic values. Often times in the event of suspicious transactions or a sudden surge of spessos, the Cargo Division may forward the information to the Intelligence Division. Members of this department occasionally come along on official inspections, prioritizing how on-scene cargo departments are faring, as well as ensuring adequate funding is being procured from bounties and salvage treasure. Members of the Cargo Division are also tasked with ensuring that station Quartermasters are properly trained for their role.

== Hierarchy ==
The ranking structure for the Central Cargo Division is quite simple, with their responsibilities increasing along with their pay. As one progresses within their career, a member of the Cargo Division moves from a shuttle and into an office, along with beginning to oversee large supply lines and various critical manifests.

* Intern - Newly hired personnel of the Cargo Division. After onboarding, their primary roles are assisting in moving critical freight and learning various important theories related to market value, while also assisting senior personnel in reviewing manifests from stations. Can be seen as the hardest workers within the department.
* Clerk - Standard workers within the department. No longer physically handling freight, they move to a clerical position to deal with paperwork such as manifests and flight logs from manned shuttles. Is adequate enough to fulfil their work with minimal oversight, though log any irregularities with their supervisor while ensuring profit stays up.
* Resource Specialist - Senior personnel of the Cargo Division. Often seen coordinating supply chains, either from origin locations to Central Command stockpiles, or from stockpiles to needed destinations. Assists in tutoring Interns within various topics during free-time, which usually isn’t very often due to the usual understaffing.
* Acquisition Manager - A leadership position, often acting as the Quartermaster for specific Central Command sites. Ensures that all required supply moves to where it needs to go with minimal issues while verifying that all incoming supply to storage is accounted for by on-scene personnel. Profit is seen as more valuable than normal station personnel.
* Distribution Coordinator - Senior leadership personnel, placed either in charge of the logistics of large bases or is a regional coordinator for various sites and all corporate supply that moves through it. Typically have goals assigned to them by the Chief, to which they usually assign to their subordinates in reply to keep numbers high.
* Chief Distributor - The ones in charge of the Cargo Division, keeping tabs on the various Coordinators within corporate space and ensuring that quality and profit are being kept at an all-time high. They have a seat on the Central Operations Council due to their position and due to the business of their work, is rarely seen within certain sectors due to a lack of time.

== Introduction ==
The Central Administrative Division, also known as CAD, is the largest bureaucratic branch of Central Command as well as the division that stations often make contact with when faxing Central Command. They are the ones primarily responsible for routing and dealing with communications, while also ensuring that any notable incidents are properly logged.

== History ==
The Central Administrative Division was the newest branch created by Central Command after their conversion from Stellar Vanguard Solutions, requiring additional coordination between the various divisions as well as the stations they were needing to oversee. Due to its administrative and paperwork focus, its members were typically pulled from individuals who had an administrative background and experience. This could include a multitude of jobs within the private and public sector across the galaxy, or often Heads of Personnel that are recruited straight from the station after long-term screening. The Central Administrative Division created the logistical support needed to ensure the future divisions added would be able to be properly coordinated and established a baseline as to what was to come.

== Responsibilities ==
As previously stated, the Central Administrative Division's role and responsibilities are primarily large-scale bureaucracy as well as communications between other divisions and stations within various sectors. Routing various faxes is a common duty for lower ranking employees, due to the influx of both important and non-important information flowing in. Archiving and making records of various incidents and events for future examination by other departments is also one of their duties, as CAD typically has the most information originally compared to the other divisions. Typically, members of CAD are also inspection leaders whenever Central Command wishes to conduct a tour of one of the stations in their sector for the purposes of quality control or possibly resolving incidents. Finally, if there is conflict between divisions, CAD will organize the Central Operations Council to resolve any disagreements.

== Hierarchy ==
The ranking structure for the Central Administrative Division is relatively straight-forward, with their responsibilities increasing along with their pay. Typically the higher a CAD’s rank, the less they deal with daily faxes and more-so coordinating inspections and collaborating with other departments, though this may not always be the case depending on staffing.

* Intern - The newly hired CAD personnel. After finishing orientation and receiving their welcoming packet, they are responsible for learning from others and assisting senior personnel within the department. Usually found around the fax or coffee machine, they learn the thought process behind how to respond to various command personnel aboard stations.
* Executive Assistant - The first real position within CAD. For the most part is able to avoid mandatory runs to the coffee machine, and is primarily the individual seen manning a fax machine alongside a senior member. Is usually competent enough to send faxes on their own as well as the occasional announcement.
* Principle Secretary - A senior position within CAD, often being a mentor and guidance figure for the ones below them. Usually they are seen with junior personnel or mentoring Interns, ensuring quality control for dealing with station responses and escalating any notable issues should the situation warrant it in the event of incidents or emergencies.
* Executive Manager - The beginning of leadership within CAD. Usually Managers are placed in charge of individual Central Command locations, under the guidance and watchful eye of their own leadership. Coordinating with other departments to ensure staffing needs are met as well as contacting the leadership of other divisions in the event of notable issues occurring.
* Operations Supervisor - Senior leadership that is usually either placed in charge of a larger Central Command facility, or is the oversight for multiple smaller locations. Ensures all operational needs are met as well as providing guidance to other senior leadership members within other divisions for the purpose of ensuring proper documentation.
* Administrative Director - The Directors of CAD, ensuring that the division is following Central Command’s core value and directives. While not directly commanding a facility at this point, the few there are have a seat within the Operations Council in the event it is needed. Typically only shows up to sectors for surprise inspections of Central Command facilities.

== Introduction ==

== History ==

== Responsibilities ==

== Hierarchy ==

* Chief Distributor - The one in charge of the Cargo Division, keeping tabs on the various Coordinators within corporate space and ensuring that quality and profit are being kept at an all-time high. They have a seat on the Central Operations Council due to their position and due to the business of their work, is rarely seen within certain sectors due to a lack of time.

== Introduction ==
The Central Administrative Division, also known as CAD, is the largest bureaucratic branch of Central Command as well as the division that stations often make contact with when faxing Central Command. They are the ones primarily responsible for routing and dealing with communications, while also ensuring that any notable incidents are properly logged.

== History ==

== Responsibilities ==

== Hierarchy ==

ShockShard: Created the lore page for the USSP, under permission from the current Loremaster, Karma.

== Introduction ==
The United Soviet Socialist Planets, otherwise referred to as the Union of Soviet Socialist Planets, is a government that was formed as the result of the Cygni Rebellion and the many revolts that occurred soon after within nearby systems. United under the idea of collective ownership and broad governance rather than corporate oversight, they seek to stand alone from the Trans-Solar Federation and other corporate bodies.

== History ==
The USSP’s origin can be originally traced back to the Cygni system, in which the son of a miner named Malfoy Ames, was inspired by a collection of old Sol writings from the 20th century. He developed his own manifesto, this being a direct cultural strike against the Trans-Solar Federation’s methods of lobbying, bribery, and physical force. The aesthetic of this manifesto, and what was soon to come, was based on the aesthetic of the Soviet Union from old Sol history. His book was quickly outlawed by the TSF, which gained the attention of many other citizens. Several years later and after several failed uprisings, the Cygni rebellion occurred, in which the citizens overthrew the corporate and TSF enforcers present.

With the rebellion having won, a new government was established based on Malfoy’s manifesto, with Malfoy Ames becoming Sygni’s first Chairman of the people. Following this, various other systems took inspiration from Malfoy's work and the rebellion, and caused several dozens of additional revolts across the sector. As a result, the culmination of all the newly liberated systems would come together and create the formal founding of the USSP. The USSP continues to exist, having endured as one of the main players of the Pod Wards, though minimal ground would have been gained. Today, several centuries later, they seek to spread their ideals to neighboring sectors.

== Territories ==
The United Soviet Socialist Planets have a large portion of territory, having taken it from the Trans-Solar Federation. The USSP is composed of currently around 50 worlds, all of them being previous fringe worlds or corporate worlds under the original ownership of the TSF. They are a variety of planets containing valuable resources, ranging from important minerals and agriculture, to planets with notable technology and industrial powerhouses. While there are no clear regions, the further you get from the capital of Cygni, it becomes a bit more noticeable. While the bare necessities such as supplies critical to live and thrive are accessible on every planet, a majority of luxury goods end up being delivered to Cygni and Alphecca for varying reasons. Every other planet has luxury goods in less supply, though they are often assigned based on merit and as rewards for lifetime loyalty.

== Culture ==
A fact that is immediately known to those that look at the USSP is that they mimic the culture of the old Soviet Union from old Sol history. Corporate presence is not tolerated within USSP space and materialism to such an extent is heavily shunned by party officials and even most citizens. The workforce is managed by the party itself, allowing citizens of the USSP to pursue whatever employment they wish through social education and employment opportunities. In an attempt to be more in-line with the old Soviet Union, there was an educational reform to re-teach old slavic languages, and the outcome was a crude combination of Galactic Common, Russian, Polish, and Czech. This combination resulted in the language known as Cygni Standard, replacing Sol Common as the primary language alongside Galactic Common.

Life for the average citizen in the USSP varies depending on their position within the party and in society, as well as where they are currently located in USSP space, though overall life was average compared to citizens within other sectors. Being able to easily utilize the infrastructure already in place, logistics and supply managed by the state were able to keep its citizens well-fed. Unfortunately as a result of being disconnected from the TSF and corporate entities, certain technologies become luxuries themselves. The planets within USSP space primarily had large qualities of important but crude resources as well as a large manufacturing hub, though more developed technologies for modern spacecraft and laser weaponry were lost as a result. The state also has control over various artistic expressions, though limits it to banning expression that promotes capitalist and fascist values. Otherwise, a variety of culture exists within USSP space, even some that critiques the party. Various personal freedoms are also guaranteed to Soviet citizens, with one popular being the right to bear arms.

== Soviet Technology ==
Technology in the USSP is heavily specialized towards manufacturing and distributing various goods due to the current infrastructure still in place. Various modern technologies were lost, and as a result, the state took the route of making things last more long-term. This ranged from military and construction, to even various foods. Soviet space stations are made entirely with titanium and other reinforced materials, due to the vast abundance of those resources, and the fact that they last much longer without needing maintenance within space. Soviet outposts on planets are primarily made with brick rather than metal, in an attempt to make it sturdier and to remind the people present of Soviet values. Typical power engines found in corporate and TSF stations or outposts aren’t used in the USSP, with a focus on generators within bases and very large solar arrays for space stations. Everything present allows for overall better craftsmanship on construction, though sometimes having a high upkeep cost. Keeping the focus on the longterm, large quantities of fruits and meats were often canned and packaged for storage, being given out in the event of emergencies or to Soviet military forces on lengthier deployments.

== Government ==
The core structure of the USSP’s government is known as the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet, or just the Presidium for short. It is the highest body of state authority, originally coined from the old Soviet Union from old Sol history. Its primary doctrine and values are distributed to citizens via media and social outlets, with the belief that all Soviet planets are free to forge their own paths but should not damage the values of the state or the values of other planets. Only members of the Soviet party are permitted to have a seat within the Presidium, as to prevent any negative dynamics, and to keep general cohesion. Elections are held every four years via polling, as all candidates have been filtered and approved by the Soviet party. The purpose of the elections are to show support, as turnout is generally what is cared for, since at least 50% of voters must show up for their representative population. Having less than 50% will result in the candidate losing, and another candidate will be selected by the party. The current Chairman of the USSP is Sergey Karamazov, having held the position for 26 years. Currently the various roles of the Presidium is as follows:
Chairman: Elected by a majority vote from the Presidium National members.

Presidium National: Selected by the Chairman, one delegate per planet and station.

Presidium Unionist: Voted by the People, one delegate per 500,000 citizens.

The People: Vote for Presidium Unionist every four years.
Under the Presidium, there are also various Ministries that deal with the day-to-day lives of the Soviet people, overseeing various things ranging from Agriculture, Interior, Defense, Labor, Finance, Education, Health, and etc. One notable group within the Soviet party is the SNKVD, otherwise known as the Soviet People’s Commissariat for Internal Affairs after a translation. Also being taken from the old Soviet Union, the SNKVD works directly under the Ministry of the Interior, working as a sort of secret police to ensure party values are being shared among the populace as well as among military and political personnel. Some people credit them with strange disappearances, though after an internal investigation, an official from the Ministry of Interior has stated the claims were unfounded.

== Military ==
The Soviet military is primarily made up of volunteers and conscripts, with volunteers being the average Soviet citizen enlisting, while conscripts are criminals convicted of non-treasonous crimes that have opted into military service rather than a prison sentence. Due to modern technology being rarer, the modernity of equipment increases as one’s rank increases, with laser weaponry being reserved for senior officers and senior party members, and pulse weaponry being held by only the most distinguished senior Generals and Admirals. Typical Soviet military uniforms are older, being produced back from the time of the Pod Wars, though due to the quality of the uniforms, they have lasted for a long duration and even feel comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The same could be said about much Soviet equipment. Unlike how stations and outposts are built however, Soviet Naval forces are built with the idea that quantity is more important that quality. As the original freedom fighters learnt during the uprising, hit-and-run and mobile tactics are very useful as a warfare choice. Many Soviet vessels are smaller and modified to be as fast as possible while being able to use as much firepower as possible. This allows them to get up close to more modern spacecraft and engage in the range that their older cannons will get better use and can allow for boarding parties. Civilian vessels are sometimes confused for military vessels as well, due to civilian vessels often being armored and well armed. One well-known fact is that a way to gain citizenship as an immigrant is to enlist for at least three years within the armed forces of the Soviet military.

Within the Soviet military, there are various special divisions that one could join, with two notable ones being the SSF and the SKB. The SSF, also known as the Soviet Special Forces, are an elite division of Marines that are selected from the Soviet Navy. They primarily deal in assaults on critical locations, boarding vessels and space stations, and at times can act as the bodyguards for important individuals. Their members are NCOs within the Navy that have proven their loyalty and dedication and have proven to not be a risk to security. Senior Naval Officers, likewise, can be selected for the SSF program and often work with them directly. The SKB, otherwise known as the Soviet [REDACTED], are a division of the Army that specialize in infiltration and sabotage. They are selected among members of the Soviet Army who display pure loyalty to the party and have the skills to succeed in the role, and are often sent to bordering stations and outposts with the goal of spreading Soviet propaganda, and hopefully gaining a claim over that area. It is not uncommon though for successful attempts that result in stealing technology and evacuating with the personnel before hostile government forces arrive.
