Parasitic Space Stations, or PSSs, are a term for space-stations whose profitability and function depend entirely on their proximity to another space station. Examples of these include the Automated Trade Stations of the Interstellar Trade Guild, or the flying recreational facilities of the Clowns and Mimes.
